Don't be misled - They're doing work, but 100 floors is a lot to do. In addition, they're doing this on a 100% custom client, only using the blocks from Minecraft (correct me if I'm wrong) so it'll understandably won't happen anytime soon. You can still suggest stuff, though! Suggestions are key to help building the game. It also provides a way to bring new activity to the forums and bring back oldies. If you're looking for a way to contribute that involves non commital work, I personally feel as though that's the best way to contribute.
